hey Dad -> made it to the pearisburg Va hostel yesterday things down hhere cooled off immensly which will help things out immensly. I've had a tough last coup0le weeks with the heat + i needed new shoes, which i just bought.

thanks for the letter and food in your package. hope you got my letter from Tyro. well it's back to the mountailns. i'll be getrting into GRAYSON HIGHLANDS and then to MT. ROGERS comming up. hope things are well in the low lands of R.I.
